Participant Requirements & Disclaimer

Before participating in any flight activity, each participant must provide:

  • Full name

  • Age and date of birth

  • Phone number

  • Any relevant medical conditions

  • A signed Hold Harmless Agreement (completed with Jeff before the flight)

Note: Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian review and sign the agreement in person prior to the flight.
